FutureFit AI is an AI-powered reskilling and outskilling platform that draws on over a billion data points to identify future skills, assess current capabilities, and map pathways for individuals in corporate or government transition programs. The Canada-based startup, which has won awards from the U.S. government, Google AI, and TD Bank, is working with Fortune 1000 companies, national governments, and foundations on three continents. Customers include Royal Bank of Canada, the UK government, and ManpowerGroup.
