Clustree’s AI-based Career Coach leverages bias-free algorithms and machine learning to detect employees’ skills in order to automatically recommend tailor-made internal job opportunities, training courses, mentors or career paths throughout their professional journey. The solution aims to allow organizations to boost internal mobility, forecast skill needs and improve employee experience through a deeper understanding of their profiles.Since 2014, more than 200,000 employees and HR managers at companies such as Sanofi, Orange, SNCF and Carrefour have chosen Clustree to build tailor-made careers and put skills at the heart of their HR approach and processes. Founder and CEO Bénédicte de Raphélis Soissan was named of the 50 most inspiring women in tech in 2018 in a compeition organized by The Innovator. The winners were announced on Dec. 11.
