Retrain.ai, a U.S. startup that is part of the World Economic Forum’s Global Innovators community, uses AI to help corporates and government agencies upskill their labor force by assessing employee qualifications. It forecasts talent gaps, identifies sector trends and opportunities against real-time industry and labor data and aims to figures out the most effective ways to retrain workers. Customers include the Israeli government, which is using Retrain.ai to map the jobs of the future for the country,
