Startup Of The Week: Nomoko

Nomoko, a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Innovators community, wants to make everything in the physical world machine readable and writable. It is developing spatial technology that can interact virtually with the real world to deliver city-scale augmented reality (AR) applications , 3D analysis tools for real estate and simulation software for autonomous vehicles. Think of it as a platform for a mirror world that can provide detailed digital replicas of urban environments, rendered in hyper-accurate geo-referenced 3D . Anyone can build applications on it. The Zurich-based startup can integrate and simulate maps, dynamic agents, and environmental, legal and behavioral contextual data.  “As disruptive as the Internet was, this is potentially more so,” says co-founder and CEO Nilson Kufus.
