Article Summary:

Suffering from Zoom burn-out? Missing coffee break chats with colleagues or the chance to spontaneously ask the woman from marketing for some input on your project when she walks by your desk? Then Cosmos Video is for you.  Cosmos, a UK startup, is reinventing the office and human interaction in the time of COVID by combining game mechanics with video chat to bring back serendipitous interactions. On Cosmos, office workers can not only collaborate with tools such as whiteboards or Google documents but benefit from chance meet ups  and video-chat on  the fly inside a browser-based universe. “Everything you can do in office space you can do in Cosmos,” says co-founder Karan Baweja.
