Quote: “When we started [Free Electrons] this was clearly a startup engagement program but what we found was the utility-to-utility collaboration has benefits of its own. Right now, thanks to the relationship building done through Free Electrons, the participating utilities, who work in non-competing geographies, can troubleshoot together. If a business unit in one of the utilities has specific challenges, it can ask the business units of the other utilities how they handle those issues, and we can compare notes on roadmaps.”
