Ensuring consumer privacy and eliminating the possibility of any sort of bias due to historical or social inequities are among the major challenges associated with leveraging data for artificial intelligence and machine learning. That’s where Austrian scale-up MOSTLY AI, one of 200 European tech startups that presented at the Future22 online conference March 23-25, comes in. It uses AI to create representative synthetic datasets that retain the information required for AI model training and advanced analytics and software testing while removing identifying personal data points. Customers include Telefonica Germany, Citibank, and insurance companies.
