Talk to just about any corporate and they will tell you that the toughest part of digital transformation isn’t the technology. It is changing the company culture. An estimated 75% of transformation projects fail because they are based on a traditional approach to change management that is primarily focused on training. Enter InsideBoard, a French company that has developed the first SaaS platform for organizational change management based on artificial intelligence. It uses AI to determine which techniques work best to motivate a particular employee and then guides them towards the achievement of specific goals.
